Terms of Service

The rules for using ANTHM: who can join, how campaign pay works, what videos must be, and what happens if something goes wrong.

AMM Ventures, LLC, operating ANTHM. Last updated October 1, 2026.

The agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and AMM Ventures, LLC, which operates ANTHM (“ANTHM,” “we,” “us”). They cover anthm.tech, the ANTHM apps and campaign pages we share by link. By creating an account or taking part in a campaign you agree to them, and to our Privacy Policy.

A campaign can carry extra terms of its own, such as its rate, budget, dates and brief. Those apply to that campaign alongside these Terms.

Who can use ANTHM

You must be at least 18, or between 13 and 17 with a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms for you. You need a valid email address, and to take part in campaigns, a TikTok account you own. One person, one account.

Your account and connected TikTok

You're responsible for activity on your account. We sign you in with single-use email links, so keep your inbox secure.

You may only connect TikTok accounts you own or are authorized to control. We verify this through TikTok sign-in or a code you add to your bio. Connecting an account that isn't yours ends your access to ANTHM and forfeits any earnings tied to it.

Campaigns and how pay works

Each campaign shows its rate, how views are counted, any limits per video or per creator, its total budget, and its end date. Unless a campaign says otherwise:

  • Only videos we approve can earn. We review every submission and may decline any video, with or without a reason.
  • Earnings are calculated from the public view counts TikTok reports for your video, while the campaign is running.
  • Pay stops when the campaign's budget is used up or its end date passes, whichever comes first. Views after that point don't earn.
  • Earnings are held while we check them, then released for payout. Released earnings are paid to the bank or PayPal account you set up, and our payment providers' terms also apply.
  • You must submit a valid tax form before your first payout. We may withhold amounts the law requires us to, and we report payments to tax authorities where required.

What your videos must be

Every video you submit must be:

  • Made by you for the campaign, with real effort. No AI-generated video, slideshows, lyric-only templates or reposted clips.
  • Posted from the TikTok account you connected, after the campaign started, and kept public.
  • Disclosed as paid promotion where the law or TikTok's rules require it, for example by using TikTok's content disclosure setting.
  • Within TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and free of anything you don't have the rights to use, apart from the campaign's own music.

Fake engagement

Buying views, likes or followers, using bots or engagement groups, or otherwise inflating a video's numbers is not allowed. If we find it, or reasonably suspect it from the patterns we see, we may remove the video, cancel unpaid earnings on it, reclaim amounts already paid, and close your account.

Your content and the license you give

You own the videos you make. By submitting a video to a campaign, you give ANTHM and the artist or label running it a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, link to and share that video and its performance data for reporting on and promoting the campaign and the music in it, for as long as the video stays up and for archived campaign reports after.

The campaign's music, sound files and brief belong to the artist, label or ANTHM. You may use them only to make videos for that campaign on TikTok.

Ending your account

You can stop using ANTHM and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. Earnings already released to you and not tied to a violation remain payable after an account closes.

Disclaimers and liability

ANTHM is provided as is. We don't guarantee any campaign will be available to you, that any video will be approved, or any level of views or earnings. TikTok is a separate service we don't control; if it changes or becomes unavailable, campaigns may be affected.

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of what we paid you in the 12 months before the claim or $100.

Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. If you have a problem, email us first and we'll try to resolve it within 30 days. If that doesn't work, any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS, and not by a class action. Either side may bring an eligible claim in small claims court instead.

Changes

We may update these Terms. If a change matters, we'll update the date above and tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Campaigns already under way keep the rate and budget they launched with.
